Fujian Sansteel (Group) Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Sansteel Group) was formerly known as Fujian Sanming Iron and Steel Plant, which was established in 1958. In March 2000, with the approval of the People's Government of Fujian Province, Fujian Sansteel (Group) Co., Ltd. was restructured and established. The controlling shareholder is Fujian Metallurgy (Holding) Co., LTD., which holds 94.4906% of the total share capital of Sansteel Group. At present, Sansteel Group has developed into a large enterprise group with an annual steel production capacity of 12.5 million tons, mainly engaged in steel manufacturing, and integrating chemical new materials and new energy, digital and intelligent supply chain, cultural tourism and health care, environmental protection resources, and metal deep processing. It is a cross-industry, cross-regional and cross-ownership enterprise group. It has three long-process steel production bases in Sanming headquarters, Quanzhou Mingguang and Luoyuan Mingguang.
