Daily IT maintenance and management of enterprises
1. Hardware maintenance: Responsible for the daily inspection, fault diagnosis and repair of desktop devices such as desktops, laptops, printers and scanners; Replace damaged hardware (such as hard disks, memory, power supplies, etc.) in a timely manner to ensure the availability of the equipment.
2. Software system support: Installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/Linux/MacOS), Office software (Office/WPS), anti-virus software, etc. Manage software licenses, implement system patches and security updates;
3. Network basic maintenance: Configure local area network connections to ensure terminal network connectivity (including IP address, gateway, and DNS Settings); Daily monitoring and basic troubleshooting of network devices such as routers and switches;
4. Terminal security Management: Deploy enterprise-level antivirus software and firewall policies, and regularly perform full disk virus scanning and removal. Carry out system vulnerability scanning, track and handle security threats, and implement basic protective measures;
5. IT Asset Management: Establish and maintain asset ledgers for desktop devices (model, configuration, user, purchase/scrapping date); Track the life cycle status of equipment, and coordinate the equipment allocation, update and scrapping processes;
6. Daily operation and maintenance support: Provide technical support such as conference equipment debugging, screen projection, audio and video systems, etc. Regularly conduct environmental inspections of the computer room (including power supply, temperature and humidity, and the status of equipment indicator lights).
Maintenance and management of EPR and PLM servers
1. Requirements Analysis and System Planning: Deeply understand the operation mode and process of the business department, collect, analyze and sort out business requirements through interviews, seminars and other means, transform business requirements into ERP system functional requirements, and participate in formulating the overall plan and detailed blueprint for the ERP project implementation.
2. System Configuration and Specialized Customization: According to the project plan, carry out the implementation work such as module configuration, data initialization, process setting, and interface development of the ERP system to ensure that the system functions meet business requirements and the company's strategic goals.
3. Project Management and Implementation Coordination: Closely collaborate with the project manager, external consultants, IT teams, and business departments to track project progress, coordinate resources, and resolve issues arising during project implementation to ensure the project proceeds smoothly as planned. Participate in project risk management, promptly identify and respond to potential risks;
4. User Training and Application Support: Design and implement system operation training plans for different user groups (such as key users and end users), write user manuals and training materials, and ensure that users can master the system functions proficiently. After the system goes live, provide continuous user support, answer questions and guide users to solve daily operation problems.
5. System Operation and Maintenance and Functional Optimization: Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the ERP system, monitor the system's operational status, handle system malfunctions, and conduct regular maintenance and performance optimization. Continuously evaluate the usage effect of the system, collect user feedback, propose and implement system improvement measures, and promote the continuous iteration and optimization of the ERP system;
6. Process Reengineering and Change Management: Based on the characteristics of the ERP system, assist business departments in process reengineering and optimization to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems. Participate in or lead change management, help users adapt to new working methods, and ensure that the business changes brought about by ERP projects are effectively implemented.
Bachelor's degree or above from a regular university, majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or related fields.
2. More than 1 year of experience in desktop operation and maintenance /IT support, proficient in handling hardware failures and system installation;
3. Master the basic knowledge of networks (IP configuration, DNS, and basic operations of routers/switches);
4. Familiar with Windows system maintenance and solutions to common office software problems;
5. Possess strong logical thinking in troubleshooting and the ability to withstand pressure (able to handle emergency faults);
6. Experience in IT asset inventory or consumables management is preferred.
7. Have implementation and maintenance experience in projects such as financial systems, ERP systems, and R&D confidentiality systems;
8. More than 3 years of ERP project implementation experience, proficient in at least one mainstream ERP system (such as SAP, UFIDA, Kingdee, Dingjie, etc.). Those with complete ERP project implementation or system update experience are preferred.
9. Familiar with the core modules of ERP systems, such as supply chain and finance, possess strong capabilities in business process analysis and optimization, and have an understanding of excellent industry practices. Familiar with SQL query language and possess basic knowledge of database management;
10. Industry-related knowledge and experience: Possess relevant knowledge and experience in business models, operation processes, production techniques, quality management, etc. in industries such as mechanical manufacturing and foreign trade. Candidates with ERP project implementation experience are preferred.
11. Professional Knowledge and Skills: Familiar with server, database, network equipment and information security management, with a strong technical background;
12. Project Management ability: Familiar with project management methodology, possessing excellent project planning, organization, coordination and control capabilities. Those holding project management certifications such as PMP and Prince2 are preferred.
13.
