Located at the foot of Zushan Mountain and beside the flowing Huai River, this event brought together the thousand-year charm of the ancient capital with the pioneering force of contemporary mechanical testing. On June 25–26, the “International Quality WANCE Manufacturing – New Product Launch Conference & Material Performance Testing Technology Seminar” organized by WANCE was successfully held in Nanjing. Nearly 150 industry experts, researchers, and industry representatives from across the country gathered in Jinling to explore technological trends and witness the new breakthroughs of domestic testing equipment.

Standing at the critical starting point of the “15th Five-Year Plan”, the manufacturing of high-end equipment and the new materials industry are the core tracks for national strategic breakthroughs. Achieving core technology self-reliance and domestic substitution of key equipment is the inevitable path for industrial upgrading. Material mechanical performance testing serves as the “quality ruler” for the R&D of new materials and the landing of high-end equipment. Its precision directly determines the height of industrial upgrading.

As the leading enterprise in China’s testing machine industry, WANCE has always aimed to create internationally leading domestic testing equipment. The New Product Launch Conference and Material Testing Technology Seminar this time is a new achievement in response to the call for domestic substitution and overcoming technological bottlenecks.

The seminar was hosted by Gu Kai, Director of WANCE Marketing Center Nanjing Office. Fang Xianming, President of WANCE, delivered a welcome speech. On behalf of the company, President Fang warmly welcomed all the guests for their time. She reviewed WANCE’s years of deep cultivation in the field of material testing and emphasized the important significance of technological innovation in promoting industry progress. “Material mechanical performance testing is the first gateway for new material R&D, parts quality control, and the iterative upgrading of high-end manufacturing processes,” President Fang stated. Achieving core technology self-reliance and domestic substitution of high-end instruments is a core task across the entire industrial chain. WANCE will always be customer-oriented and committed to becoming the preferred partner of customers, with the aspiration to build the company into a leading brand in the global testing machine field.

Next, Long Weiji, General Manager of WANCE Marketing, gave a systematic and comprehensive introduction to the development history, industry position, and technological breakthroughs of WANCE in recent years. General Manager Long expressed the hope that this conference would serve as an opportunity to, together with everyone, appreciate new products, study technology, and discuss the future.

In the technical sharing and report sessions, Shi Yankui, Technical Director of WANCE Electromechanical Division, gave a presentation on the topic “Intelligent Manufacturing Breakthrough, Quality Inspection Future – Technology Report on the New Generation Electronic Universal Testing Machine”. He systematically analyzed the technological breakthroughs of the new generation products, clearly demonstrating the advantages of the product in high-precision testing and stable operation, and showing the new height of domestic testing equipment to the attendees.

Ye Cheng, Software Engineer of WANCE Research Institute, introduced “Leading Testing, Touching the Future – Introduction to TestPilot 3.0 Software”. From the software function perspective, he demonstrated the intelligent experience of the new generation testing system, and its powerful data processing capabilities and convenient interaction design allowed the attendees to intuitively feel the upgrade in operational efficiency.

Shi Kai, Sales Director of WANCE, shared on the topic “Nirvana Breaking the Bureau, Quenching and Tempering into a Sharp Blade – Domestic Substitution Breakthrough and Technological Innovation of Electro-Hydraulic Servo Fatigue Testing Machine”. He shared the exploration and achievements of WANCE in realizing domestic substitution for fatigue testing machines, demonstrating the technological strength of WANCE’s full product range layout.

During the conference break, there was also a device experience and exchange session. Attendees had close-up operation experience with WANCE’s new generation ETM electromachanical  universal testing machines, new generation HDT VICAT testing machine, electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machines, etc., and exchanged needs face-to-face with WANCE technical personnel. From the precise mechanical structure to the smooth operation experience, the performance of the new generation equipment received high recognition from the attendees. Multiple participating units expressed cooperation intentions on site.

The Yangtze River surges, and the Zushan Mountain is renewed day by day.
