Main uses
As a precision measuring tool, the coaxiality meter is widely used in metrology institutes, national defense metrology stations, various testing institutions and calibration laboratories, etc. Its core function is to ensure the reliability of the coaxiality index and test data of the equipment by detecting the geometric coaxiality deviation. In material testing machines (such as electronic universal testing machines, electro-hydraulic servo testing machines, and fatigue testing machines), it is used to calibrate the coaxiality of fixtures to ensure that the force value loading direction of tensile and compressive tests is consistent with the force axis of the specimen. In coordination with the coaxiality adjustment device, the coaxiality of the testing machine is adjusted to meet the requirements of the test standards. If the coaxiality does not meet the standard, it will lead to distortion of stress-strain data and affect the accuracy of parameters such as the elastic modulus of the material.
