The National Technical Committee for Force Value and Hardness Measurement held its 2012 annual meeting in Fuding City, Fujian Province on November 11th.
The meeting reviewed and approved the "Calibration Specification for Static Cone Penetration Testers", "Verification Regulation for Anchoring Testing Machines", "Calibration Specification for Drop Weight Impact Testing Machines", "Calibration Specification for Ultrasonic Hardness Testers", "Verification Regulation for Standard Rockwell Hardness Blocks", "Verification Regulation for Metal Rockwell Hardness Testers", "Verification Regulation for Metal Vickers Hardness Testers" and "Verification Regulation for Barcol Hardness Testers".
Secretary-general He Li summarized the work of the Technical Committee in 2012, discussed and planned the work for 2013.
The main participants of this annual meeting included metrology units from various provinces such as the National Institute of Metrology of China, the China Academy of Testing Technology, the 704 Research Institute of CSSC, Shenzhen Wance Test Equipment Co., LTD., the 304 Research Institute of Beijing, and the Guangdong Institute of Metrology and Testing. A total of over a hundred people attended this conference.
