On July 26th, the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Wance Company was held in Wance, Hubei Province. Shareholders and their representatives, directors, supervisors, and the secretary of the board of directors of the company attended the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Ms. Lu Qingmin, the vice chairperson of the company. In accordance with the Company Law and the Articles of Association of Shenzhen Wance Testing Equipment Co., LTD., first of all, Mr. Huang Xing, the chairman of the company, on behalf of the management team, will present the "2024 Annual Business Report of Wance Company" to all shareholders, systematically summarizing the company's stable performance in the complex market environment. The report indicates that in 2024, Wance will continue to focus on the field of test equipment. Through the dual drive of technological innovation and market expansion, it will achieve simultaneous growth in operating income and net profit, and further increase the market share of its products. Subsequently, Ms. Lu Qingmin, the vice chairperson, read out on the spot the proposal "Regarding the Dividend Distribution of Wance Company in 2024" submitted by Ms. Fang Xianming, the company's president. The proposal, based on the company's annual operating and financial status as well as its long-term development needs, puts forward a scientific and reasonable dividend plan, aiming to repay shareholders' trust and enhance investors' confidence. After thorough discussion and voting by the attending shareholders, the proposal was unanimously approved, fully demonstrating Wance's corporate values of "co-creation and sharing".
